Avvanta will be performing network maintenance between 12:01am Pacific and 4:00am Pacific Thursday, October 25th. This maintenance will disrupt access to email and hosted web pages for numerous, brief periods during the work. This work will not affect DSL or Dial-up connectivity, nor will it affect the TrueRing phone service.
We will be replacing a switch in our data center. This work should not cause major impact to services however numerous brief disruptions are possible. We will endeavor to keep this interruption as brief as possible however there is always the possibility of some unforeseen bug, or problem, that could extend the maintenance time. Administrators will make every effort to correct the problem, or implement the back out plan, quickly if an unexpected issue occurs. All times are estimates based on expected outcomes of the work being performed and previous experience performing the same or similar work.
