One of the servers in the Communications Control Center's cluster is unable to provide File Manager functions. A critical update performed on that server is conflicting with the File Manager's ability to access home directories and files.

The CCC is a cluster of multiple servers and only one has this problem. Attempts to access the File Manager via the CCC will result in intermittent errors with the error "Unable to access home directory".
