 One of the circuits handling aggregate DSL connections between Qwest and most of the western United States is down. This is affecting connectivity for all of our Qwest DSL customers outside of Washington State for the last several hours. We do not yet have an estimated time of repair from the provider but will update this notice when we receive more information.
Update 09:30: The circuit has been repaired and all DSL connections should be working properly at this time.
Update 15:20: The same problem from this morning has repeated this afternoon. The circuit provider is aware of the problem and service will be restored as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Update 17:18: The circuit problem has been resolved by the provider. We will continue to monitor the issue over the weekend in case it re-occurs.
If you are still experiencing difficulty try powercycling your DSL modem (unplug the power, leave it unplugged for about 20 seconds, then plug it back in). If the connection has not been restored please call our office.
