Qwest has released an updated firmware for the ActionTec GT701 Wireless Gateway. This firmware update fixes many known bugs in the ActionTec device. This is not a required update and should only be installed if you are experiencing problems with your Qwest-provided ActionTec GT701.
 Do not use this update if your ActionTec device was not provided by Qwest. The update is only for Qwest-provided ActionTec GT701 modems.

- DNS Resolution response time to certain webpages.
- NAT Translation of public IP address.
- PPP without user name and password support.
- General configuration save issues wireless/credentials.
