When ordering new Qwest Choice DSL (256k/256k), Qwest Choice DSL Deluxe (1.5M/896k), Standalone Qwest DSL (1.5M/896k), DSL Premier (7M/896K) or Standalone Qwest DSL Premier (7M/896K) service between January 29th, 2006 and April 7th, 2006 the normal $99.00 Qwest DSL activation fee will be waived.The monthly rate for new Qwest Choice DSL Deluxe customers is reduced to $25.00 ($20.00 in AZ and NM) for the first twelve months of service. For new Qwest Choice DSL Premiere customers in all states, the monthly rate is reduced to $28.00 for the first twelve months of service. - Qwest Choice DSL Premier (all states) - $28.00/month for the first 12 months (normally $38.00/month)
Customers upgrading from Choice DSL (256K/256K) to Choice DSL Deluxe or Choice DSL Premiere qualify for the promotional monthly rate on the new service.The $9.99 speed change fee will be waived for existing Qwest DSL customers changing their speed for the following services:
- From Qwest Choice DSL or Qwest DSL 640K to Qwest Choice Deluxe or Qwest Choice Premier
- From Qwest Choice DSL Deluxe to Qwest Choice DSL Premier
- From Standalone Choice DSL to Standalone Choice DSL Premier
