- Qwest Choice DSL Deluxe in AZ - $19.99 for the first 12 months (normally $28.00/month)
The $9.99 speed change fee will be waived for existing Qwest DSL customers changing their speed for the following services:
- From Qwest Choice DSL or Qwest DSL 640K to Qwest Choice Deluxe or Qwest Choice Premier
- From Qwest Choice DSL Deluxe to Qwest Choice DSL Premier
- From Standalone Choice DSL to Standalone Choice DSL Premier
