The monthly charge for new subscribers will be reduced for the first 12 months on the following services:
- Qwest Choice DSL Deluxe - $26.99/month for the first 12 months (normally $28.00/month)
- Qwest Choice DSL Premier - $29.99/month for the first 12 months (normally $38.00/month)
The $9.99 speed change fee will be waived for existing Qwest DSL customers changing their speed for the following services:
- From Qwest Choice DSL or Qwest DSL 640K to Qwest Choice Deluxe or Qwest Choice Premier
- From Qwest Choice DSL Deluxe to Qwest Choice DSL Premier
- From Standalone Choice DSL or Standalone Choice DSL Premier to the same speed service with dialtone service
