Qwest has notified us of emergency maintenance on one of their Central Office facilities. This service will be conducted between 6am and 8am tomorrow, Friday July 2nd.The service outage should last no longer than 20 minutes and will occur sometime during the maintenance window already noted.
Not all DSL connections will be impacted by this maintenance. Those circuits offline during the service window should automatically reconnect themselves once service is restored.
If your circuit is offline longer than 20 minutes or if the service outage extends beyond the service window:
- Unplug your DSL modem, leave it unplugged for 10 seconds
- Plug the DSL modem back in and wait 1 minute
