Starting on February 28th, 2004, customers in Qwest's service areas will be able to purchase Standalone DSL service from Qwest. This new Standalone DSL product does not require normal telephone service or a phone number from Qwest.The new service runs at up to 1.5M down by 896K up1. It will be available from Qwest for $33.00 per month2 with a one time installation fee of $99.003. The Avvanta services available for these new lines are our Qwest Standard DSL, Qwest SOHOxl DSL and Qwest SOHOxs DSL Internet service packages. Since this service does not use an existing Qwest telephone account for service, DSL Service ordering must be done through Qwest by calling 877.634.2327. Once your Qwest order has been placed, you will need to call our office at 425.818.6500 or toll free at 888.662.5274 to establish your Avvanta account.
