Qwest DSL Outage on February 3rd, 2004

On Tuesday, February 3rd, 2004 beginning at approximately 7am, Qwest will be performing maintenance on the central office that our DSL circuits are connected to. Qwest is anticipating between a 5 and 15 minute outage for all DSL subscribers some time between 7am and 8am.

No action on your part should need to be taken and your connection should automatically reestablish itself automatically. If your connection has not reestablished itself by 8am, you should turn off your computer, then turn off your DSL modem or router. Wait 10 seconds, then power your DSL modem or router back on. Wait 30 seconds for the Internet or WAN link light to come on and stop blinking, then power your computer back on. If you still encounter difficulties, please call our office.
