- Must have recent call center and technical support related experience

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Patience and empathy for inexperienced computer users
- A sense of humor
- Attention to detail
The successful candidate will possess the skills necessary to understand and solve each customer's individual needs and requirements while maintaining Avvanta's "no transferring necessary" telephone support policy.
