On Friday, December 20th at 9am, we will be changing our Usenet News service provider to Supernews. This switch to Supernews is being made to provide more consistent service, higher completion rates and fewer missing articles.The change will require that anyone reading news refresh the list of newsgroups in their news reader software after the cut-over. In Outlook Express, right mouse click on the 'news.avvanta.com' entry and select 'Reset List'. For Agent or Free Agent, select 'Refresh Groups List' from the 'Online' menu.
