Qwest has extended their promotions for new Qwest DSL 256K and DSL Deluxe line orders.When ordering new Qwest DSL 256K or Qwest DSL Deluxe service before January 5th, 2003 the following promotions are available:
- Free Activation (normally $99.00)
- One year of free ActionTec DSL router or Intel DSL modem rental (normally $5.00/month)*

These promotions are from Qwest and are for new DSL service installations only. Both business and residential customers are eligible for these promotions. - The modem rental promotion is optional. If the modem rental promotion is accepted and DSL service is terminated before the end of the year of free rental service the customer will be assessed a $25.00 restocking fee and the unbilled modem rental charges (the full monthly rate of the modem for every month the customer has had the modem).
