| I've forgotten my password, can you give it to me or email it to me? Passwords are stored on our system using a one-way encryption algorithm. Once passwords are entered into the system, they are virtually impossible to recover. If you have forgotten or lost your password, you will need to call our office at 425.818.6500 or toll free at 888.662.5274 and speak with a representative who can change your password. The representative will verify your identity and change your password for you. If the account is an add-on mailbox, the primary account holder can change the passwords for the mailboxes on an account from the mailbox manager in the CCC. |
