The Communications Control Center (CCC) enables you to read your email from any standard internet connection, manage your account, setup autoresponders, control your email filters, and much, much more. It can be accessed from www.avvantamail.com.
Fetch FTP 3.x Setup
In the New Connection dialog enter the following values:
Host: userftp.avvanta.com
User ID: Your Avvanta username. Remember that your username is the first half of your Avvanta email address.
Password: Your Avvanta password.
Directory: If you are updating your web site enter web_docs. This field is optional and may be left blank.
Click OK.
