DSL Support - Changing from another ISP to Avvanta
How long does it take to change from my current ISP to Avvanta?

This depends on several factors, including who the current ISP is, and who the company providing the DSL services is.

For Qwest DSL lines, the typical time it takes to change ISP's is 5 business days. You will need to contact us to get your account created and you will need to contact Qwest to place your order to change ISP's.

If you are currently using MSN powered by Qwest Broadband, then you may need to disconnect your service and order new service. Call our office at 425.818.6500 or 888.662.5274 to speak with a Avvanta representative to be sure.

For Verizon customers, the typical time to change ISP's is 1 to 3 business days. You will need to contact us to get your account created and get the information necessary to place your order with Verizon. You will then need to contact Verizon to place your order to change ISP's.
