 The Communications Control Center (CCC) enables you to read your email from any standard internet connection, manage your account, setup autoresponders, control your email filters, and much, much more. It can be accessed from www.avvantamail.com. |

 When you first start Cute FTP the New Connection Wizard will start.You may enter any Profile Name you wish to describe this connection profile. Enter a name for the connection and then click on Next. |
 The FTP Host Address is userftp.avvanta.com.Enter this in the FTP Host Address field and then click Next. |
 Enter your Avvanta username in the Username field. Remember that your Avvanta username is the first half of your Avvanta email address. The username is always all lower case (small) letters. Enter your Avvanta password in the Password box and then click Next. |
 Select the Default Local Folder on your hard drive that contains the documents you want to upload.If you are using this connection to update your web site enter web_docs in the Default Remote Folder field. This field is optional and may be left blank. Click Next. |
 The connection wizard automatically saves your profile at this point and you can attempt to Connect if you wish.

 If this is not the first time running Cute FTP the New Connection Wizard will not start automatically. To configure a new connection profile click on Tools, select Site Manager, then click on Display Site Manager.

 At the bottom of the Site Manager click on the New button and select FTP Site.

 Under the General tab enter the following information:
- Label: Enter any name you want for this profile
- Host Address: userftp.avvanta.com
- Username: Your Avvanta username.
- Password: Your Avvanta password.
The profile is automatically saved and you can now click the Connect button.
